Smoothie detoxifiant cu sfecla rosie si banana


Aceasta reteta de smoothie detoxifiant cu sfecla rosie, banana, seminte de chia si lapte (vegetal) este alegerea perfecta pentru un mic dejun rapid. Pe langa culoarea roz, vibranta, acest smoothie este foarte nutritiv, gustos si energizant.

Sfecla rosie este una dintre cele mai nutritive legume, continand aproape toate vitaminele si mineralele de care are nevoie corpul uman. Bananele in schimb sunt bogate in vitamina B6, vitamina C, fibre si mangan.

Ingrediente:

  • o jumatate de sfecla rosie
  • o banana bine coapta
  • o lingura si jumatate de seminte de chia
  • o jumatate de lingurita de extract de vanilie
  • o cana de lapte (cei vegani pot opta si pentru varianta de lapte vegetal: migdale, soia, cocos, ovaz)
  • optional: o lingura de miere

Combina toate ingredientele intr-un blender, iar in functie de gust, poti indulci cu o lingura de miere.

Smoothie verde cu broccoli, ananas si banana

Acest smoothie verde detoxifiant are un gust delicios si exotic, datorita ananasului care mascheaza gustul mineral al broccoliului.

Broccoli este o sursa importanta de vitamina A, vitamina C si acid folic. Acidul folic sau vitamina B9 este foarte importanta in special pentru femeile insarcinate. O carenta in acid folic poate provoca probleme la nivelul creierului fatului. 175 g de broccoli contine 14% din doza zilnica recomandata de vitamina B9. Broccoli mai contine, de asemenea, cupru, potasiu, fosfor si fibre dietetice. Antioxidantii din broccoli joaca un rol crucial in reducerea cancerului de san, cervical sau de prostata.

Ananasul este bogat in nutrienti, antioxidanti si enzime care lupta impotriva inflamatiilor. Cei mai importanti nutrienti continuti sunt: vitamina C, manganul, vitamina B6, cuprul, acidul folic, potasiu, magneziu.

Daca te simti lipsit(a) de energie, bananele sunt cea mai la indemana solutie. Acestea sunt bogate in potasiu, fibre solubile si insolubile, vitamina B6, vitamina C si mangan.

Smoothie antioxidant cu fulgi de ovaz, afine si banane

Aceasta reteta de smoothie cu afine, banane si fulgi de ovaz este ideal pentru micul dejun, deoarece se prepara rapid, contine fibre si antioxidanti pentru o dimineata plina de energie si ai nevoie de doar 5 ingrediente pentru a-l prepara.

Fulgii de ovaz sunt bogati in fibre dietetice solubile, fosfor, potasiu, magneziu si calciu. Fibrele dietetice solubile sunt esentiale pentru sistemul digestiv, prevenind constipatia si imbunatatind tranzitul intestinal.

Afinele contin un antioxidant foarte puternic numit antocian, care determina si culoarea albastra a acestora. Rolul antocianilor este de a proteja celulele impotriva radicalilor liberi, a proteinelor si a ADN-ului, ferindu-ne si de boli grave precum cele de inima si cancerul.

Bananele la randul lor contin o multitudine de vitamine si minerale, precum: potasiu, calciu, magneziu, fier si vitamine din complexul B. Toate acestea contribuie la o buna functionare a organismului, oferindu-i nutrienti necesari si mentinandu-l sanatos.

  • 125 g de iaurt grecesc
  • 125 ml de lapte (poate fi si vegetal, in functie de preferintele tale)
  • 75 g de afine, proaspete sau congelate
  • o banana bine coapta
  • 6 linguri de fulgi de ovaz

Instructiuni de preparare:

  1. Pune toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixeaza pana obtii o bautura omogena.

Smoothie de kiwi si banana pentru pierdere in greutate

Smoothie-urile reprezinta una dintre cele mai bune alegeri pentru cei care sunt la cura si doresc sa piarda cateva kilograme in plus. Acestea ii ofera organismului o mare cantitate de substante nutritive esentiale, mentinandu-l in acelasi timp hidratat.

Acest smoothie cu kiwi si banane este perfect atat pentru a fi cosnumat la micul dejun cat si intre mese, mai ales atunci cand simti senzatie de foame si vrei sa alegi ceva satios, hranitor si sanatos.

Kiwi este sarac in calorii, dar in schimb furnizeaza un nivel ridicat de energie, este bogat in antioxidanti si numeroase vitamine si minerale. Bananele sunt foarte satioase, contribuie la imbunatatirea digestie si contin o cantitate importanta de potasiu.

Ingrediente necesare pentru smoothie: 

  • 2 kiwi
  • o banana
  • un pahar de lapte de migdale (sau orice alti tip de lapte preferi)
  • optional, daca preferi un gust mai dulce poti adauga o lingura de miere, sirop de agave sau sirop de artar

Pune ingredientele intr-un blnder si mixeaza-le pentru aproximativ 30 de secunde. 


SFAT - Adauga 1-2 linguri de fulgi de ovaz sau seminte de in si transforma-l intr-un delicios si satios mic dejun.
