Supa crema de castane cu cartofi

Castanele pot fi consumate si sub alte forme, nu doar prajite, in deserturi sau piure. Daca nu ai incercat inca supa crema de castane, trebuie sa o treci neaparat de lista. Aceasta are un gust fin si se prepara usor cu doar cateva ingrediente. Cu siguranta ii vei incanta si surprinde pe cei dragi!

Ingrediente:

  • 200 g de castane prajite si curatate de coaja
  • 400 g de cartofi
  • o ceapa alba potrivita
  • 500 ml de supa de legume
  • 200 g smantana vegetala (daca nu esti vegan, poti folosi si smantana de origine animala)
  • 1 lingura de ulei de masline
  • sare, piper si condimente dupa gust 
  • optional: cateva tulpini de chives sau arpagic taiate rondele

Preparare:

  1. Taie ceapa solzisori si caleste-o intr-o cratita pana cand devine sticloasa.
  2. Adauga apoi castanele, cartofi taiati cubulete si supa de legume.
  3. Fierbe pana cand cand se inmoaie apoi adauga totul intr-un blender impreuna cu smantana si condimentele.
  4. Serveste imediat.
  5. Deasupra poti adauga cateva rondele de foi de arpagic.

Cu siguranta iti va incanta papilele gustative. Musai sa ne spui cum a fost! 😍

Reteta traditionala de dulceata de gutui

Daca tot este in toi sezonul gutuilor, de ce sa nu ne bucuram de savoarea si aroma acestora si in sezonul rece? Asa ca, da fuga la piata, cumpara cele mai frumoase si parfumate gutui si haide sa trecem la treaba! 😊

Ingrediente:

  • 2 kg de gutui
  • 0,5 kg de zahar
  • 2 lamai
  • un praf de sare
  • optional: mai poti adauga si coaja de la o lamaie (Atentie! ai grija ca aceasta sa provina de la  lamai ecologice sau lamai care au specificat ca poate fi consumata si coaja)

Preparare:

  1. Curata gutuiele de coaja si cotoare. Taie-le cubulete si adaugale intr-o cratita.
  2. Coaja si cotoarele adauga-le intr-o alta cratita, adauaga apa cat sa le acopere si pune-le la fiert. Daca e nevoie, mai poti completa pe parcurs.
  3. Dupa ce au fiert, strecoara sucul obtinut si adauga-l peste gutuile cubulete impreuna cu zaharul, sucul de lamaie, sarea si 1 l de apa plata sau de izvor. (Pentru a nu se oxida, pastreaza gutuile in apa rece pana fierb cojile si cotoarele).
  4. Fierbe la foc mic, amestecand sa nu se prinda de fundul vasului panca cand capata consistenta dorita.
  5. Pentru a vedea daca se leaga, tine o farfurioara in congelator, iar cand dulceata incepe sa le lege, se scoate farfurioara, se ia o lingurita de dulceata, iar daca aceasta nu se prelinge de pe farfurie, se poate lua de pe foc.
  6. Se toarna apoi in borcane bine spalate si uscate, apoi se sterilizeaza la cuptor la 150 de grade pentru 10 minute.
  7. Tava cu borcanele se inveleste apoi intr-o patura groasa si se lasa acolo pana se racesc complet.

Aceasta este o reteta veche de dulceata, nu contine conservanti si nici foarte mult zahar. Ideala pentru intins pe o felie de paine prajita cu unt, alaturi de o ceasca de ceai sau lapte. Pofta buna! :)

Piure de gutui pentru bebelusi

Gutuia poate fi introdusa in alimentatia bebelusului incepand cu varsta de 6 luni, mai exact o data cu inceperea perioadei de diversificare. Aceasta este bogata in vitaminele A, B și C, fibre, compusi fenolici, antioxidanti si in minerale precum potasiu, cupru, seleniu, zinc, fosfor, calciu, fier si magneziu, avand in continut scazut de grasimi. Antioxidanti si vitaminele A si C contribuie la intarirea sistemului imunitar, iar continutul de fibre lupta impotriva constipatiei.

Avand in vedere ca suntem in plin sezon de toamna, gutuiele reprezinta o idee excelenta pentru a-i prepara bebelusului o mancarica gustoasa si sanatoasa. Se recomanda ca acestea sa fie coapte in cuptor sau fierte la aburi pentru a-i fi servite celui mic. Ideal ar fi sa introducem in alimentatia acestora fructe si legume proaspete de sezon, asa ca profita din plin de abundenta gutuilor.

Cum sa prepari un piure de gutuie coapta pentru bebelusi?

  • Alege din piata de la producatorii locali 1-2 gutui bine coapte;
  • Spala-le bine pana cand se duce puful de pe ele;
  • Taile-le in patru si scoate samburii si partea lemnoasa;
  • Aseaza-le apoi intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt;
  • Lasa-le apoi la copt pana cand devin moi aproximativ 20-30 de minute in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade;
  • Dupa ce s-au racit, cu o lingura ia pulpa de pe coaja si pune compozitia intr-un blender si mixeaz-o cateva secunde.

Acest piure de gutui coapte poate fi servit ca atare, sau in combinatie cu biscuiti sau alte fructe: mar, para, banana.
