Smoothie cu spirulina si chlorella [smoothie verde detoxifiant]

Foarte multe persoane se intreaba daca spirulina si chlorella pot fi consumate impreuna. Raspunsul este ca da. Aceasta pot fi consumate sub forma de tablete (poate multe persoane le prefera asa datorita gustului si mirosului mai accentuat), insa, pot fi consumate si sub forma de pudra, in special adaugate in sucuri si smoothie. Mai jos gasesti o reteta de smoothie verde care integreaza foarte bine aceste superalimente, intr-o bautura detoxifianta, plina de nutrieti.

Aceasta reteta de smoothie verde detoxifiant cu spirulina, chlorella, mar, kiwi si spanac contine majoritatea nutrientilor de care are nevoie organismul nostru. In plus, este perfect pentru sistemul digestiv, ajutand la eliminarea toxinelor si reglarea tranzitului intestinal.

Spirulina este recunoscuta pentru proprietatile sale detoxifiante, inclusiv pentru capacitatea acesteia de a elimina metalele grele din organism. De asemenea, aceasta este benefica si in tratarea unor afectiuni ale ficatului, stomacului si ale colonului.

La fel ca si spirulina, chlorella prezinta proprietati detoxifiante puternice. Aceasta este folosita si de catre persoanele care sufera de cancer sau fac chimioterapie, deoarece ajuta la reducerea incarcaturii chimice din organism.

Merele sunt bogate in fibre, ajutand la functionarea in parametrii normali a tractului digestiv si la reducerea constipatiei.

Tot o sursa de fibre dietetice este kiwi. In plus, acesta mai contine si o enzima digestiva actinidina care ajuta la descompunerea alimentelor odata ajunse in stomac si la asimilarea nutrientilor.

INGREDIENTE PENTRU PREPARAREA SMOOTHIE-ULUI:
  • 1 mar verde
  • 50 g de kale
  • 50 g de spanac
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 lingurita de pudra de spirulina
  • 1 lingurita de pudra de chlorella
  • 1 cana si jumatate de apa de cocos (poti folosi si apa plata sau apa de izvor)
  • optional: gheata

Adauga toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixeaza bine. Savureaza imediat.

Smoothie de kiwi si banana pentru pierdere in greutate

Smoothie-urile reprezinta una dintre cele mai bune alegeri pentru cei care sunt la cura si doresc sa piarda cateva kilograme in plus. Acestea ii ofera organismului o mare cantitate de substante nutritive esentiale, mentinandu-l in acelasi timp hidratat.

Acest smoothie cu kiwi si banane este perfect atat pentru a fi cosnumat la micul dejun cat si intre mese, mai ales atunci cand simti senzatie de foame si vrei sa alegi ceva satios, hranitor si sanatos.

Kiwi este sarac in calorii, dar in schimb furnizeaza un nivel ridicat de energie, este bogat in antioxidanti si numeroase vitamine si minerale. Bananele sunt foarte satioase, contribuie la imbunatatirea digestie si contin o cantitate importanta de potasiu.

Ingrediente necesare pentru smoothie: 

  • 2 kiwi
  • o banana
  • un pahar de lapte de migdale (sau orice alti tip de lapte preferi)
  • optional, daca preferi un gust mai dulce poti adauga o lingura de miere, sirop de agave sau sirop de artar

Pune ingredientele intr-un blnder si mixeaza-le pentru aproximativ 30 de secunde. 


SFAT - Adauga 1-2 linguri de fulgi de ovaz sau seminte de in si transforma-l intr-un delicios si satios mic dejun.

Smoothie mineralizant cu chlorella, kiwi si caju

Chlorella este o alga verde ce contine o cantitate foarte mare de clorofila. Pentru organismul uman clorofila este esentiala pentru vindecarea rapida a ranilor si intarirea ficatului. Chlorella mai contina si o sursa inestimabila de vitamine (B, C, D, E, K) si minerale (fosfor, calciu, zinc, magneziu, fier).

Fructul kiwi este bogat in vitamina C, antioxidanti, fibre si potasiu. Acesti nutrienti ajuta la stimularea sistemului imunitar, intaresc unghiile si parul, imbunatatesc functiile respiratorii si sanatatea inimii.

Printre cei mai importanti nutrienti din nucile de caju, amintim: cupru, fosfor, zinc, magneziu, fier si seleniu.

Ingrediente necesare pentru prepararea smoothie-ului:
  • 40 g de baby spanac
  • 1 banana bine coapta
  • 2 kiwi curatate de coaja
  • 3 linguri de caju
  • 1 lingurita de chlorella pulbere
  • 1 ceasca de apa
  • 1 cana de gheata (optional)

Adauga toate ingredientele in blender si omogenizeaza-le! Va iesi o bautura de o culoare verde-curd cu un gust foarte fresh si placut. Gustul dulceag va fi dat de kiwi si banane, salata mangold va aduce un aport important de vitamina K, iar portia de grasimi sanatoase si proteine va fi asigurata de caju.
