Smoothie cu spirulina si chlorella [smoothie verde detoxifiant]

Foarte multe persoane se intreaba daca spirulina si chlorella pot fi consumate impreuna. Raspunsul este ca da. Aceasta pot fi consumate sub forma de tablete (poate multe persoane le prefera asa datorita gustului si mirosului mai accentuat), insa, pot fi consumate si sub forma de pudra, in special adaugate in sucuri si smoothie. Mai jos gasesti o reteta de smoothie verde care integreaza foarte bine aceste superalimente, intr-o bautura detoxifianta, plina de nutrieti.

Aceasta reteta de smoothie verde detoxifiant cu spirulina, chlorella, mar, kiwi si spanac contine majoritatea nutrientilor de care are nevoie organismul nostru. In plus, este perfect pentru sistemul digestiv, ajutand la eliminarea toxinelor si reglarea tranzitului intestinal.

Spirulina este recunoscuta pentru proprietatile sale detoxifiante, inclusiv pentru capacitatea acesteia de a elimina metalele grele din organism. De asemenea, aceasta este benefica si in tratarea unor afectiuni ale ficatului, stomacului si ale colonului.

La fel ca si spirulina, chlorella prezinta proprietati detoxifiante puternice. Aceasta este folosita si de catre persoanele care sufera de cancer sau fac chimioterapie, deoarece ajuta la reducerea incarcaturii chimice din organism.

Merele sunt bogate in fibre, ajutand la functionarea in parametrii normali a tractului digestiv si la reducerea constipatiei.

Tot o sursa de fibre dietetice este kiwi. In plus, acesta mai contine si o enzima digestiva actinidina care ajuta la descompunerea alimentelor odata ajunse in stomac si la asimilarea nutrientilor.

INGREDIENTE PENTRU PREPARAREA SMOOTHIE-ULUI:
  • 1 mar verde
  • 50 g de kale
  • 50 g de spanac
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 lingurita de pudra de spirulina
  • 1 lingurita de pudra de chlorella
  • 1 cana si jumatate de apa de cocos (poti folosi si apa plata sau apa de izvor)
  • optional: gheata

Adauga toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixeaza bine. Savureaza imediat.

Super smoothie cu seminte de in si afine

Semintele de in sunt o sursa importanta de acizi grasi Omega-3, benefici pentru sanatatea inimii. O lingura de seminte de in, contine aproximativ 1.8 g de omega-3. In plus, contin si o cantitate importanta de fibre, atat solubile si insolubile care ajuta la imbunatatirea digestiei.

Semintele de in contin si ligani, care sunt niste compusi vegetali sau polifenoli. Rolul lignanilor este de a echilibra nivelul homonilor, in special in cazul femeilor deoarece contin estrogen vegetal si de a preveni cancerul de san.

Semintele de in si semintele de chia contin de 100 de ori mai multi lignani decat orice alte surse vegetale, fiind unele dintre cele mai importante ingrediente pe care le poti consuma pentru a reduce riscul de cancer la san.

Afinele sunt sarace in calorii, in schimb, sunt bogate in antioxidanti, fibre, vitamina C, vitamina K, magneziu si alti micronutrienti importanti pentru sanatatea organismului nostru. Printre cei mai importanti antioxidanti se numara antiocianii, care lupta impotriva imbatranirii premature si combat stresul oxidativ.

Ingrediente:

  • 100 g de afine
  • 1 lingura de seminte de in
  • o mana de spanac
  • 4 linguri de iaurt grecesc
  • 250 ml de lapte de cocos (sau orice lapte vegetal preferi)

Smoothie verde cu telina, spanac si mere

Smoothie-urile este intotdeauna o alegere perfecta pentru un mic dejun sau o gustare sanatoasa, iar in functie de continutul acestora reprezinta o sursa importanta pentru mineralizarea, detoxifierea sau energizarea organismului.

Telina este o sursa importanta de antioxidanti si enzime, vitamine si minerale: vitamina K, vitamina C, potasiu, vitamina B9 si vitamina B6.

Spanacul este bogat in minerale (potasiu, magneziu, mangan, zinc, fier, calciu) si vitamine (vitamina B3, vitamina B6, vitamina A, vitamina C, vitamina K). Spanacul este important pentru mineralizarea sistemului osos, dtorita calciului, vitaminei K si a celorlalte minerale continute. Asadar, previne si dezvoltarea osteoporozei.

Ingrediente:

  • 1 mar mediu
  • o jumatate de banana
  • o tija de telina (apio)
  • o mana de spanac
  • 2 linguri de seminte de in (poti si fulgi de ovaz, seminte de canepa, pudra proteica, etc.)
  • 1 lingura de suc de lamaie
  • o jumatate de cana de apa

Adauaga toate ingredientele intr-un blender, mixeaza si bucura-te de o portie bogata de vitamine si minerale.
