Pot fi Spirulina si Chlorella consumate impreuna?

Chlorella si spirulina sunt superalimente verzi care furnizeaza una dintre cele mai complete game de substante nutritive esentiale organismului uman. 

Avand in vedere ca aceste doua alge se completeaza una pe alta, foarte multe persoane le consuma impreuna pentru a le furniza toti nutrientii de care au nevoie. In plus, spirulina si chlorella pot fi consumate zilnic, fara pauza toata viata fara a produce reactii negative organismului.

CARE SUNT DIFERENTELE DINTRE SPIRULINA SI CHLORELLA?



Spirulina si Chlorella sunt foarte asemanatoare, mai ales in ceea ce priveste gustul, dar exista si cativa factori care le deosebesc:

Chlorella - proprietati si beneficii:

  • Chlorella este o alga verde;
  • Chlorella contine de aproape 10 ori mai multa clorofila decat spirulina;
  • Chlorella este mai bogata in fier decat spirulina;
  • Chlorella contine mai multa omega-3 decat spirulina;
  • Chlorella contine de doua ori cantitatea de acid nucleic decat spirulina;
  • Chlorella este un microoragism cu o singura celula, cu un nucleu, care ii permite peretelui celular sa se lege de metalele grele si sa le indeparteze din corp.

Spirulina - proprietati si beneficii:

  • Spirulina este cianobacterie*, un tip de alge verde-albastrui;
  • Spirulina este un microorganism multicelular, dar fara nucleu distinctiv, ceea ce inseamna ca nu are capacitatea de a se lega de metalele grele din organism;
  • Fiind o alga multicelulara, spirulina este mai mare decat Chlorella;
  • Spirulina este mai usor de digerat decat chlorella;
  • Spirulina este cea mai mare sursa de acid gama-linolenic (GLA)

Si acum intrebarea voastra: este sigur sa luam impreuna spirulina si chlorella?


Chlorella si spirulina contin doua dintre cele mai bogate surse de clorofila care pot fi absorbite usor de corpul uman. Desi chlorella are un continut de clorofila mai mare decat spirulina, ambele super-alimente au proprietati de detoxifiere a organismului. Din punct de vedere al continutului de proteine, acestea sunt prezente in ambele specii de alge, astfel incat, spirulina si chlorella consumate impreuna contin mai multe proteine decat cele din carnea de vita.


Stiati ca spirulina si chlorella pot fi consumate si de femeile insarcinate pentru a asigura nutrenti esentiali atat mamei cat si copilului?


Cum pot fi consumate Spirulina si Chlorella?


Exista cateva modalitati diferite de a consuma aceste doua tipuri de alge. Cei care prefera gustul, le vor consuma crude, dizolvate intr-un pahar de apa. O alta modalitate este incorporarea pudrei intr-un smoothie delicios cu fructe si legume, pentru a masca putin aroma foarte puternica a algelor. Daca nu le preferati nici sub forma de smoothie, pot fi consumate sub forma de tablete.

Cel mai important lucru in alegerea spirulinei si chlorella este sa va asigurati ca provin dintr-o sursa organica pura, altfel pot exista cazuri in care sa fie contaminate cu diversi aditivi daunatori.


Care sunt contraindicatiile in a consuma aceste super-alimente impreuna?


Desi expertii in domeniul sanatatii ne sfatuiesc sa consumam chlorella si spirulina impreuna, este recomandat totusi sa consultam un medic inainte de a lua. Acestea au un continut foarte ridicat de fier si proteine, iar unora le va fi foarte greu sa le digere in mod corespunzator. Acest lucru poate duce la reactii alergice sau diverse probleme digestive.

Deci, daca va hotarati sa luati spirulina si chlorella impreuna, asigurati-va sa cresteti cantitatea treptat, iar aceasta sa fie stabilita in prealabil de un expert in sanatate.

*Cyanobacteria reprezinta cea mai veche bacterie descoperita pana acum, fiind gasite fosile cu o varsta de 3.5 milioane de ani. Este omniprezenta, atat in aer cat si in apa, astfel incat o vom gasi si in acvariile noastre, chiar daca nu o vedem cu ochiul liber. Este o bacterie fixatoare de nitrogen (foloseste azotul atmosferic pentru a-l transforma in amoniac si nitrati in substrat), fiind astfel foarte importanta in ciclul natural al azotului, extrem de folositoare pentru plante, acestea din urma hranindu-se cu produsii eliminati de bacterie. Cyanobacteria elimina de asemenea oxigen (putem observa cu ochiul liber bule de aer intre straturile formate de alga in acvariu), existand teoria cum ca acestea au pornit productia de oxigen in atmosfera planetei cu multe milioane de ani in urma.
