Smoothie racoritor si hidratant cu afine, telina si apa de cocos

Acest smoothie este un racoritor perfect pentru o zi torida sau o sursa excelenta de hidratare dupa efort fizic sau sala. Ingredientele continute iti aduc un aport important de vitamine, minerale, antioxidanti si fibre.


Telina este o sursa excelenta de vitamina C, potasiu si fibre. In plus, furnizeaza si o cantitate insemnata de vitamina K care are un rol esential in procesul de coagulare a sangelui.

Afinele sunt bogate in vitamina A, complexul B, vitamina C, vitamina K si vitamina PP. In plus, mai contin si fibre, antioxidanti si minerale esentiale (fier, fosfor, calciu, magneziu, mangan, zinc). Bogate in antioxidanti, acestea imbunatatesc functiile creierului, previn aparitia bolii Alzheimer, a cancerului si imbatranirea prematura a pielii.

Apa de cocos este bogata in nutrienti (vitamina C, magneziu, mangan, potasiu, sodiu, calciu), are properietati anitoxidante si este o sursa excelenta de hidratare, in special pentru sportivi, datorita electrolitilor pe care ii contine. Electrolitii sunt vitali pentru buna functionare a nervilor si a muschilor, hidratare si mentinerea unui nivel optim al pH-ului din sange.

INGREDIENTE:
  • 1-2 banane, proaspete sau congelate 
  • 150 g de afine, la fel proaspete sau congelate
  • 4-6 tije de telina (apio)
  • 400 ml de apa de cocos

Smoothie verde cu telina, spanac si mere

Smoothie-urile este intotdeauna o alegere perfecta pentru un mic dejun sau o gustare sanatoasa, iar in functie de continutul acestora reprezinta o sursa importanta pentru mineralizarea, detoxifierea sau energizarea organismului.

Telina este o sursa importanta de antioxidanti si enzime, vitamine si minerale: vitamina K, vitamina C, potasiu, vitamina B9 si vitamina B6.

Spanacul este bogat in minerale (potasiu, magneziu, mangan, zinc, fier, calciu) si vitamine (vitamina B3, vitamina B6, vitamina A, vitamina C, vitamina K). Spanacul este important pentru mineralizarea sistemului osos, dtorita calciului, vitaminei K si a celorlalte minerale continute. Asadar, previne si dezvoltarea osteoporozei.

Ingrediente:

  • 1 mar mediu
  • o jumatate de banana
  • o tija de telina (apio)
  • o mana de spanac
  • 2 linguri de seminte de in (poti si fulgi de ovaz, seminte de canepa, pudra proteica, etc.)
  • 1 lingura de suc de lamaie
  • o jumatate de cana de apa

Adauaga toate ingredientele intr-un blender, mixeaza si bucura-te de o portie bogata de vitamine si minerale.

Smoothie detoxifiant cu telina, mar si ghimbir

Sucurile pe baza de fructe si legume ar trebui sa faca parte din alimentatia ta zilnica. Acestea te ajuta sa-ti vitaminizezi organismul, sa-ti iei portia necesara de nutrienti si mai ales sa accelerezi procesul de digestie si sa-ti hidaratezi corpul.

Unul dintre cele mai importante ingrediente recomandate in procesul de detoxifiere este ghimbirul.

Lamaia este o sursa excelenta de vitamina C, ajuta la alcalinizarea organismului, la eliminarea toxinelor si a apei in exces din organism.

Merele sunt bogate in fiebre dietetice esenetiale in procesul digestiv, ajutand si la echilibrarea gustului smoohie-ului.

Telina contine un compus uleios care se numeste NBP (3-n-butylphthalide) si are rol diuretic, ajutand la detoxifierea organismului. In plus, contine antioxidanti, vitamina C, vitamina K, potasiu si acid folic.

Ingrediente de care ai nevoie:

  • 1 mar verde mare (Granny Smith);
  • 2 tije de frunze de telina
  • o bucate de aproximativ 2.5 cm de ghimbir
  • sucul de la o lamaie

Optional:
  • pentru un plus de vitamine si hidratare, mai poti adauga cateva felii de castravete. šŸ˜„

Pune toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixeaza cateva secunde pana obtii o bautura omogena.
