Retete diversificare cu sfecla rosie pentru bebelusi [piure, supa crema]

Sfecla rosie este considerata un superaliment datorita profilului nutritional foarte complex, continand aproape toti nutrientii de care are nevoie corpul uman. In alimentatia bebelusilor aceasta poate fi inclusa dupa varsta de 7-8 luni, in supe de legume sau piure.


De ce sa incluzi sfecla rosie in alimentatia bebelui?
Sfecla rosie este bogata in vitamine, minerale si antioxidanti care sunt necesari in dezvoltarea celui mic.

VITAMINE: vitamina A, vitamina C si vitamine din complexul B (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9), vitamina K

MINERALE: potasiu, magneziu, calciu, fosfor, fier, zinc



Cum sa pregatesti sfecla rosie pentru bebelusi?
Exista cateva modalitati prin care sfecla rosie poate si gatita si inclusa in meniul de diversificare a bebelului.

Printre cele mai cunoscute metode de preparare se numara fierberea, fierberea la aburi si gatirea la cuptor.

Daca alegi fiererea acesteia, pune-o intr-un vas cu apa in coaja cat sa o acopere. Las-o la foc potrivit aprox. 30 de minute pana cand furculita intra usor in ea. Dupa ce a fiert, adaug-o intr-un vas cu apa rece pentru a o curata mai usor de coaja.

La cuptor, poate fi coapta intreaga, invelita in hartie de copt pana cand devine moale sau taiata felii alaturi de alte legume.

Ingrediente:
  • 1-2 cartofi de marime potrivita
  • o sfecla rosie mica
  • o lingurita de unt
  • branzica proaspata de vaci

Preparare:
  1. Pune la cuptor la copt cartofii si sfecla rosie (eventual inveliti in hartie de copt)
  2. Cand sunt gata, se curata de coaja si se zdrobesc bine cu o furculita.
  3. Cat sunt inca fierbinti, se amesteca cu untul si branzica.
  4. Daca ti se pare ca este prea gros, mai poti adauga o lingura de lapte, iaurt sau smantana.

Sfat! Cartofii normali ii poti inlocui si cu cartofi dulci, care vor fi si mai pe gustul celui mic. šŸ˜Š




PIURE DE SFECLA ROSIE, SPANAC, CARTOF DULCE SI ARDEI PENTRU BEBELUSII DE PESTE 10 LUNI

Ingrediente:
  • 1 cartof dulce mic
  • o jumatate de sfecla
  • o jumatate de ardei kapia
  • 4-5 rondele de spanac congelat
  • o jumatate de cana de apa
  • o lingura de smantana

Preparare:
  1. Spanacul se pune la decongelat la temperatura camerei
  2. Legumele se taie felii si se dau la cuptorul pana cand sunt moi.
  3. Se adauga apoi intr-un blender impreuna cu spanacul decongelat, apa si lingura de smantana si se paseaza pana cand se obtine o compozitie omogena.
  4. Se poate servi si cu putina carnita de pui/curcan, ficatie, galbenus de ou, branzica.

Ingrediente:
  • 1 cartof de marime potrivita
  • 2 sfecle rosii mici
  • o ceapa mica
  • o cana de apa
  • 4 linguri de iaurt (aprox. 60 g)

Preparare:
  1. Pune toate legume intr-o cratita la fiert pana cand devin moi.
  2. Dupa ce au fiert, adauga-le intr-un blender si mixeaza pana cand compozitia devina omogena. In functie de consistenta supei, adauga apa cat crezi ca este nevoie.
  3. La final adauga iaurtul si serveste imediat.

Salata de cous-cous cu sfecla rosie, feta si morcovi

Sfecla rosie este o sursa foarte importanta de antioxidanti, continand si cea mai mare cantitate de vitamina K dintre toate legumele. Aceasta mai contine si vitaminele A, C, E, B1, B2, B2, C, acid folic dar si fibre, magneziu, fier, cupru si fosfor. De asemenea, aceasta este recunoscuta si pentru proprietatile sale anticancerigene, deoarece stimuleaza productia de celule rosii, combate aparitia celulelor canceroase, fiind un stimulent excelent al sistemul imunitar.

Aceasta salata de couscous cu sfecla rosie, feta si morcovi este o explozie de arome datorita coriandrului, ghimbirului si a semintelor de chimion. Este foarte satioasa, poate fi consumata ca atare sau ca si garnitura. In plus, este o modalitate excelenta de a include sfecla rosie in alimentatia ta.

Ingrediente:

  • 250g sfecla rosie
  • 120g couscous
  • 200g morcovi
  • 100g branza feta
  • o lingura de miere
  • un lime
  • o lingurita de seminte de chimion
  • 15g de ghimbir proaspat
  • 10g de frunze proaspete de coriandru
  • 30g de seminte de dovleac
  • 1 cub concentrat de legume
  • 4-5 linguri de ulei de masline
  • sare si piper dupa gust


Modalitati de preparare:
  1. Preincalzeste cuptorul la 220 de grade Celsius si pune o oala cu 200 ml apa la fiert.

  2. Taie sfecla in felii potrivite, curata morcovii de coaja si taie-i sub forma de bastoane de 1.5 cm lungime.

  3. Pune sfecla si morcovii intr-o tava antiaderente si presara deasupra seminte de chimion, 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline si sare si piper dupa gust.

  4. Adauga peste ele si branza feta zdrobita, mierea si amensteca bine. Lasa la cuptor pentru aprox. 15 minute pana cand legumele devin putin crocante la exterior si moi in interior.

  5. Intre timp, dizolva cubul concentrat de legume in apa fiarta, adauga couscous-ul, opreste focul si lasa-l deoparte 10 minute pana cand se absoarbe intreaga cantitate de apa.

  6. Incinge apoi o tigaie, adauga semintele de dovleac si prajeste-le 2-3 minute.

  7. Ghimbirul da-l pe razatoare si toaca marunt frunzele proaspete de coriandru.

  8. Combina apoi coriandrul, ghimbirul si sucul de la o jumatate de lime cu 2 linguri de ulei de masline. Asezoneaza cu sare si piper, iar dressingul este gata.

  9. Serveste morcovii, sfecla si branza feta pe un pat de couscous. Adauga deasupra dressingul si semintele de dovleac prajite.
