3 retete de piureuri de legume sanatoase pentru bebelusi si copii

Piure-ul de legume facut in casa este una dintre cele mai sanatoase modalitati de a-i asigura bebelusului vitaminele si mineralele de care are nevoie pentru o buna crestere. Pa langa faptul ca sunt extrem de satioase si sanatoase, acestea sunt si foarte usor de preparat. Iata aici 3 retete rapide de piure-uri pe care i le poti pregati bebelusului:


Piure de morcovi pentru bebelusi (2 portii x 100 g)


Ingrediente:
  • 200 g de morcovi
  • 10 g gris
  • 50 ml lapte
  • 10 g unt
  • 2 g sare (optional)

Spala bine morcovii, curata-i si taie-i felii. Pune-i apoi intr-o cratita si toarna peste ei o cantitate nu prea mare de apa clocotita. Se fierb inabusit aproximativ 30-40 minute. Verifica-i din cand in cand pentru a nu se prinde de fundul cratitei.

Dupa ce ai fiert, cat sunt inca fierbinti se trec printr-o sita sau se paseaza intr-un blender, se adauga grisul fiert in lapte si sarea. Se poate pune si numai lapte, insa grisul il face mai consistent.

Piureul rezultat se pune din nou pe foc si se tine pana ies aburi (nu se lasa sa fiarba). Cand se ia de pe foc, se adauga untul.

Piure de spanac pentru bebelusi (2 porti x 100 g)


Ingrediente:
  • 300 g de spanac
  • 10 g unt
  • o jumatate de lingurita de faina
  • 100 ml de lapte
  • 2 g sare

Spanacul se spala in cateva ape si se pune apoi intr-o cratita, inabusindu-se in zeama lui, fara apa, pana se inmoie (aproximativ 10-15 minute).

Intre timp, se poate prepara sosul alb astfel: se topesc 5 g de unt, se rumeneste in el faina, se lasa sa fiarba putin, apoi se stinge cu laptele. Sosul se ferbe 20 aproximativ 20 minute pana se ingroasa.

Dupa ce spanacul este gata, se trece printr-o sita apoi se adauga sosul alb, sarea, se pune din nou la foc si se incalzeste pana incep sa iasa aburi, fara a fierbe insa. Dupa ce se ia de pe foc, se adauga restul de unt - 5 grame.

Este indicat in special pentru copiii de peste 7 luni.

Piure de mazare pentru bebelusi (4 portii x 120 g)


Ingrediente:
  • 350 g de mazare boabe
  • 40 g de unt
  • 150 ml de lapte
  • 2-3 g sare (optional)

Boabele de mazare se fierb in apa timp de aproximativ 40-50 de minute. Se pune apoi intr-o sita, se scurge bine de apa si se paseaza.

Se pregateste si sosul alb pe foc sau la aburi din unt, sare si lapte. Acesta se adauga apoi peste pasta de mazare. Pune-l apoi la fic cateva minute pana ies aburi.

La copiii intre 9-12 luni se serveste cu paine. La copiii de peste 1 an se poate servi alaturi de friganele sau crochete de gris.
