Bilute proteice cu fulgi de ovaz, unt de arahide si fulgi de ciocolata

Aceasta reteta de bilute proteice cu unt de arahide, fulgi de ovaz, fulgi de cocos si fulgi de ciocolata, este perfecta ca si snack de luat la birou si savurat intre mese sau dupa antrenament/sala.

Ai nevoie de putine ingrediente, se prepara usor, nu necesita coacere, asa ca, treci rapid la treaba! 😄💪

Bilute proteice cu fulgi de ovaz, unt de arahide si fulgi de ciocolata

Ingrediente:

  • 180 g de fulgi de ovaz
  • 90 g de fulgi de ciocolata / chocolate chips
  • 50 g de fulgi de cocos
  • 125 g de unt de arahide
  • 25 g de miere sau sirop de artar
  • o lingurita de extract de vanilie

Preparare:

  1. Intr-un bol mare amesteca fulgii de ovaz, cu fulgii de cocos si cei de ciocolata.

  2. Adauga untul de arahide, mierea si vanilia si amesteca pana rezulta o compozitie omogena.

  3. Pune totul la rece aproximativ o ora in frigider.

  4. Ruleaza apoi bilute de marimi potrivite.

  5. Pot fi pastrate la rece in recipiente de sticla.

Batoane energizante cu fulgi de ovaz, fulgi de cocos si unt de arahide facute in casa, fara coacere

Batoanele de cereale facute in casa fara coacere sunt desertul sau snack-ul perfect atat pentru persoanele cu un regim alimentar vegan, vegetarian, cat si pentru persoanele care tin post.

Atunci cand vine vorba despre prepararea batoanelor energizante, fulgii de ovaz stau la baza oricarei retete reusite. Acestia sunt foarte satiosi, sunt bogati in fibre, vitamine si minerale si poti fi adaugatti intr-o mare varietate de retete de dulciuri sanatoase sau smoothie-uri.

Untul de arahide este bogat in acizi grasi esentiali monosaturati, potasiu, vitamina E si antioxidanti.

Ingrediente:

  • 150 g fulgi de ovăz
  • 100 g fulgi de cocos
  • 100 g unt de arahide vegan ecologic
  • 50 g ulei de cocos ecologic
  • 75 g miere sau sirop de artar
  • optional: fructe uscate (stafide, merisoare, afine, caise, curmale), seminte (nuci, nuci pecan, migdale, seminte de susan, seminte de floarea soarelui, seminte de chia) sau chocolate chips

Modalitati de preparare:

  1. Intr-un bol, amesteca fulgii de ovaz cu fulgii de cocos.

  2. Pune apoi pe foc o cratita si adauga untul de cocos, untul de arahide si mierea si amesteca incontinuu pana cand se omogenizeaza.

  3. Adauga si fructele sau semintele preferate, amesteca compozitia si adaug-o intr-o tava patrata  tapetata cu hartie de copt.

  4. Intinde bine compozitia, preseaz-o putin cu un polonic si da apoi la rece pentru aproximativ 2 ore sau peste noapte.

  5. Taie bastonase de dimensiuni potrivite si depoziteaza-le in frigider intr-o caserola inchisa ermetic.

  6. Poti sa le impachetezi individual in hartie de copt, legata cu o bucatica de sfoara.

Ce este rawnola si cum se prepara aceasta?

Rawnola este varianta fara coacere a clasicei granola, fiind si foarte rapid de preparat - dureaza doar 3 minute! La fel ca si granola, si aceasta are la baza fulgii de ovaz + un mix de fructe uscate si seminte.

Ingrediente pentru prepararea rawnolei:
  • 45 de grame de fulgi de ovaz;
  • 150 g de stafide (sau smochine uscate, curmale, caise, prune)
  • 20 g de fulgi de cocos
  • 2 linguri de nuci braziliene tocate
  • 1 lingura de seminte de in, seminte de floarea soarelui sau dovleac tocate.

Instructiuni de preparare:

Adaugati toate ingredientele intr-un robot de bucatarie / chopper si pulsati pana obtineti un amestec omogen si lipicios, insa nu foarte mult pentru a ramane putin crunchy.

Rawnola poate fi consumata ca atare sau cu lapte, poate fi utilizata ca si topping pentru smoothie, bundica de chia sau diverse snack-uri cu fructe.

Pe langa ingredientele mentionate mai sus, mai poti folosi si nuci de macadamia, seminte de canepa decorticate,caju, migdale, scortisoara, depinde de preferintele fiecaruia.

Aceasta poate fi pastrata pana la 10 zile in frigider.
