Smoothie proteic cu afine, avocado, lapte de migdale si seminte de chia

Smoothie-urile reprezinta o modalitate foarte rapida si eficienta de a introduce in dieta ta proteinele. Poti opta atat pentru pulberile proteice, dar una dintre cele mai sanatoase modalitati ramane adaugarea unor ingrediente naturale, bogate in protene cum ar fi: semintele de chia, nucile sau semintele de canepa, alaturi de fructele sau legumele preferate.

Afinele sunt foarte apreciate pentru beneficiile pe care le ofera pentru sanatate, in special pentru continutul ridicat de antioxidanti. Pe langa acestia, afinele contin si cantitati insemnate de mangan, vitamina C, vitamina K si fibre dietetice, precum si vitamina E, vitamina B6 (folat), vitamina B2 (riboflavina) si vitamina B3 (niacina). Lista antioxidantilor include complexul de vitamina B, vitamina C, vitamina E, antocianina, seleniul, zincul si fierul.

Avocado este considerat unul dintre cele mai sanatoase alimente din lume, deoarece contine peste 25 de substante nutritive esentiale, printre care vitamina A, B, C, E, K, cupru, fier, fosfor, magneziu șs potasiu. Avocado contine, de asemenea, fibre, proteine si cateva substante fitochimice benefice, cum ar fi beta-sitosterol, glutation si luteina, care lupta impotriva diferitelor boli.

In ciuda dimensiunilor mici, semintele de chia sunt pline de substante nutritive importante. Ele sunt o sursa excelenta de acizi grasi omega-3, sunt bogate in antioxidanti, fibre, fier calciu si proteine. 28 de grame de seminte de chia furnizeaza 5.6 grame de proteine. Acizii grasi omega-3 contribuie la cresterea colesterolului HDL, colesterolul "bun" care protejeaza impotriva atacurilor de cord si a accidentelor vasculare cerebral.

Ingrediente pentru smoothie:
  • un pumn de afine;
  • un avocado;
  • o banana;
  • o lingura de seminte de chia;
  • 250 ml de lapte de migdale.
  • Optional: cuburi de gheata

Puneti toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixati 10-15 secunde. Daca vi se pare ca iese mai gros, puteti adauga un pic mai mult lapte.

Smoothie detoxifiant cu broccoli, spanac si spirulina

Ce inseamna smoothie detoxifiant?


Smoothie-urile detoxifiante reprezinta o modalitate rapida si delicioasa de a va curata corpul de toxine si de a pierde mai usor in greutate. Acestea contin de obicei legume si fructe proaspete / verzi.

Orice reteta de smoothie detoxifiant trebuie sa contina ingrediente bogate in vitamine, antioxidanti, minerale si fibre. De asemenea, trebuie sa contina si o cantitate apreciabila de apa, care ajuta la hidratarea corpului si la stimularea metabolismului.

Ceea ce va recomandam noi este sa incepeti sa adaugati spanacul in bauturile pe care le preparati. Gustul acestuia este neutru, asa ca nu va influenta in foarte mare masura gustul preparatului final. Pe masura ce va veti obisnui cu spanacul, incepeti sa adaugati si alte ingrediente verzi cu un gust mai pronuntat precum: broccoli, kale, spirulina, chlorella.

In cele ce urmeaza, va propunem o reteta de smoothie verde detoxifiant pe baza de broccoli, spanac, avocado, spirulina si mar. Combinatia dintre broccoli si spirulina vor face adevarate minuni pentru organismul tau!
