Ce vitamine si minerale contin afinele? + Valori nutritionale si calorii

Afinele se numara printre cele mai apreciate fructe ale verii. Pot fi consumate proaspete sau incorporate intr-o mare varietate de retete: smoothie, limonada, siropuri si dulceata, deserturi, sosuri, etc.

Afinele sunt considerate un aliment-medicament deoarece ajuta la regenerarea vaselor de sange, normalizeaza tensiunea arteriala, sunt benefice persoanelor care sufera de boli cardiovasculare, regenereaza retina si cresc sensibilitatea fotoreceptorilor de la nivelul ochiului, iar pigmentul albastru, bogat in antociani, lupta impotriva radicalilor liberi si stimuleaza sistemul imunitar.

Ce vitamine si minerale contin afinele? Valori nutritionale si calorii

Printre cele mai importante beneficii ale afinelor se numara:


  1. Mentin oasele sanatoase - afinele contin fier, fosfor, calciu, magneziu, mangan, zinc si vitamina K. Fiecare dintre aceste minerale reprezinta o componenta a oaselor. Aportul adecvat al acestor minerale si vitamine contribuie la construirea si mentinerea structurii si rezistentei oaselor.

  2. Mentin pielea sanatoasa - Colagenul este cel care mentine elasticitatea pielii. Principala componenta a colagenului este vitamina C, nutrient esential pentru prevenirea deteriorarii pielii de catre factorii externic: soare, poluare, fum. Vitamina C are si capacitatea de a netezi ridurile si de a imbunatati textura generala a pielii. 100 g de afine ofera 24% din doza zilnica recomandată de vitamina C.

  3. Scad tensiunea arteriala - mentinerea cantitatii de sodiu la un nivel scazut este esentiala pentru mentinerea tensiunii arteriale la un nivel normal. Afinele nu contin sodiu, in schimb, unele studii arata ca, potasiu, calciul si magneziul contribuie la normalizarea tensiunii arteriale.

  4. Sunt prietenoase cu persoanele care sufera de diabet - studiile au demonstrat ca, persoanele cu diabet zaharat de tip 1 care consuma alimante bogate in fibre au niveluri scazute de glucoza din sange, iar persoanele cu diabet zaharat de tip 2 care consuma aceleasi substante pot avea o imbunatatirea nivelului de zahar din sange, de lipide si de insulina. 100 de grame de afine contine 3,6 grame de fibre.

  5. Protejeaza impotriva bolilor de inima - fibrele, potasiul, vitamina B9, vitamina C, vitamina B6 si continutul de fitonutrienti din afine sustin sanatatea inimii. Absenta colesterolului din afine este, de asemenea, benefica pentru inima. Continutul de fibre ajuta la reducerea cantitatii totale de colesterol din sange si la scaderea riscului de boli cardiace.

  6. Previn cancerul - vitamina C, vitamina A si diversii fitonutrienti continuti de afine funcționeaza ca antioxidanti puternici care pot ajuta la protejarea celulelor impotriva daunelor cauzate de radicalii liberi. Cercetarile arata ca antioxidantii pot inhiba cresterea tumorii, pot reduce inflamatia in organism si pot ajuta la inlaturarea sau incetinirea cancerului esofagian, pulmonar, al cavitatii bucale, faringelui, endometrial, pancreasului, prostatei si colonului. Continutul de vitamina B9 joaca un rol esential in sinteza si repararea ADN-ului. Acest lucru poate preveni formarea de celule canceroase din cauza mutatiilor in ADN.

  7. Imbunatatesc sistemul nervos si memoria - intr-un studiu publicat in The National Center for Biotechnology Information, s-a demonstrat ca, afinele au capacitatea de a imbunatati memoria si in cazul persoanelor adulte. Astfel, afinele contin compusi polifenolici, antociani,  care au efecte antiinflamatorii si antioxidante si care au fost asociati cu o crestere a activitatii cerebrale.

  8. Previn constipatia - afine ajuta la prevenirea constipatiei si mentinerea regularitatii pentru un tract digestiv sanatos prin continutul bogat in fibre. Fibrele alimentare sunt, de asemenea, recunoscute ca un factor important in scaderea in greutate gi gestionarea greutătii prin functionarea ca "agent de aglomerare" in sistemul digestiv. Alimentele bogate in fibre cresc satietatea si reduc pofta de mancare.
