Paine prajita in cuptor cu sos pesto si felii de rosii

Cine este fan sos pesto? Ei bine, sosul pesto nu se foloseste doar la paste, iar astazi te invitam sa descoperi o reteta simpla, rapida si economica pe baza de sos pesto. Reteta nu este una stricta, ci iti ofera posibilitatea sa experimentezi o multitudine de ingrediente, gusturi si arome si este perfecta atat pentru vegetarieni, cat si pentru vegani, sau pentru oricine care este dornic sa incerce ceva nou.

Este o reteta care poate fi pregatita la micul dejun, insa poate fi consumata si in orice alt moment al zilei.

Ingrediente:
  • 2 sau mai multe felii de paine, bagheta (in functie de preferintele tale)
  • 2-3 linguri de sos pesto
  • o rosie
  • busuioc uscat
  • pudra de usturoi
  • sare, piper si ulei de masline dupa gust

Ingrediente pentru sosul pesto:
  • 35 de grame de seminte de pin;
  • 50 de grame de busuioc proaspat
  • 1/4 cana de ulei de masline extra virgin
  • 1 catel de usturoi
  • zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie
  • 30 de grame de parmezan ras
  • sare si piper dupa gust
De retinut! Daca preferi varianta vegana a sosului pesto, poti renunta la parmezan.
Ingrediente optionale care pot fi folosite in combinatie cu sosul pesto:

Instructiuni de preparare a sosului pesto:
  • Incinge o tigaie mica neaderenta pe flacara mica a aragazului;
  • Pune semintele de pin si amesteca incontinuu, pana cand acestea devin aurii;
  • Pune-le apoi ntr-un robot de bucatarie sau un chopper, impreuna cu restul ingredientelor;
  • Adaugati sare si piper dupa gust;
  • Pusati aproximativ 1-2 pana cand obtineti o pasta fina;
  • Folositi-l imediat. Se poate pastra si in frigider pana la o saptamana intr-un borcan de sticla inchis ermetic.

Instructiuni de preparare a feliilor de paine prajita:
  • Preincalzeste cuptorul la 190 de grade Celsius;
  • Intinde o cantitate generoasa de sos pesto pe feliile de paine;
  • Taie felii subtiri rosia si adauga-le peste sosul pesto;
  • Asezoneaza cu busuioc uscat, pudra de usturoi, sare, piper sau ulei de masline;
  • Da la cuptor pentru aproximativ 10 minute, pana cand feliile de paine incepand sa prinda o culoasre aurie.
  • Se pot servi alaturi de salata preferata sau in combinatie cu sos tabasco, rosii uscate, frunze verzi de spanac, rucola sau felii de cascaval.
Daca vrei o varianta si mai rapida, prajeste painea in prajitorul electric, adauaga sosul pesto si topping-urile favorite si...este gata de savurat!

Cartofi copti cu ulei de masline si ierburi aromate

Cand vine vorba de cartofi, acestia pot fi utilizati intr-o mare varietate de preparate, fie ca este vorba de fel principal, fel secundar, garnitura sau desert. Este unul dintre alimentele universale de baza, este satios, usor de pregatit...si gustos pe deasupra.

In Europa, cartoful a inceput sa fie cultivat pentru prima data in Spania, in jurul anilor 1530, dupa ce spaniolii l-au descoperit in Peru. In Romania, acesta a fost cultivat pentru prima data in Transilvania, dupa care s-a raspandit si in celelalte regiuni.

Ingrediente:
  • 2 kg de cartofi potriviti ca si dimensiune
  • 1 lingura de ulei de masline extra virgin
  • 1/4 lingurita de sare
  • 1/4 lingurita de piper

Pentru sosul de unt / ulei si ierburi ai nevoie de:
  • 60 ml de unt topit sau ulei de masline, in functie de preferinte si regim alimentar
  • 3 linguri de ierburi aromatice tocate (patrunjel, coriandru, busuioc, oregano, etc)
  • un varf de cutit de sare
  • piper, dupa gust

Optional, mai poti adauga si:
  • coaja de lamaie
  • capere
  • jalapeno
  • parmesan


Instructiuni de preparare:
  1. Preincalzeste cuptorul la 200 de grade Celsius.

  2. Spala bine cartofi, iar cu un cutit cu lama subtire, taie felii, asigurandu-te ca nu mergi pana la capat, pentru a ramane cartoful intreg.

  3. Puneti cartofii intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si adauga peste ei uleiul de masline, sarea si piperul.

  4. Lasati sa se coaca aproximativ 20-25 de minute pana cand se inmoaie in interior, iar la exterior devin crocanti.

  5. Intre timp, puneti toate ingredientele pentru sos intr-un castron mic si amesteca-le bine.

  6. Scoate cartofii din cuptor, iar cu o pensula sau o lingurita unge fiecare cartof.

  7. Dupa gust, deasupra poti presara si parmezan.
