De la ce varsta poate fi introdus oul intreg, galbenusul de ou si albusul in alimentatia bebelusului?

Chiar daca procesul de diversificare incepe de la 6 luni, oul sau mai exact galbenusul de ou poate fi introdus in alimentatia bebelusului incepand cu varsta de 8 luni.

Pentru inceput, ar trebui sa-i dai bebelusului un sfert de galbenus o data la 3 zile, dupa care sa cresti ratia la jumatate de galbenus o data la 3 zile.

Ce nutrienti contine oul si de ce sunt importanti pentru dezvoltarea bebelusului?


Un ou nu are mai mult de 50-60 de grame, dar plin de nutrienti si proteine de calitate care contribuie la dezvoltarea armonioasa a celui mic.

Pana la varsta de 12 luni nu nu este indicat sa se de ou intreg bebelusului, ci doar galbenus fiert foarte bine. Albusul poate fi introdus doar dupa 1 an deoarece prezinta un risc ridicat de alergii. De asemenea, datorita aportului mare de proteine, este recomandat ca galbenusul sa fie servit in zilele in care cel mic nu consuma carnita.

  • Fierul este important pentru producerea hemoglobinei care la randul ei este responsabila cu furnizarea oxigenului catre toate celulele din sange;

Cu ce combinam oul la bebe?


Oul poate fi asociat cu celeume, lactate, cereale.

  1. O modalitate foarte usoara de a introduce galbenusul in alimentatia bebelusului este de a fierbe un ou foarte tare si de a amesteca o jumatate de galbenus cu lapte matern, formula, morcov fiert bine facut piure sau cu cartof, cartof dulce, conopida;

  2. Pentru bebelusii de peste 10 luni, o alta modalitate ar fi o jumatate de galbens, cu putina branzica de tip cottage cheese si rosioare cherry sau bastonase de ardei sau castravete.

  3. Galbensul de ou de combina foarte bine cu avocado. Mai poti adauga pe langa si cateva bucatele de legume proaspete.
