Retete cu spanac pentru copii [omleta, budinca, sufleu]

Spanacul poate fi introdus in alimentatia copiilor incepand cu varsta de 10-12 luni. Unii medici pediatrii il recomanda chiar incepand cu varsta de 8 luni.

Spanacul este foarte recomandat in alimentatia celor mici deoarece este o sursa importanta de calciu si fier. 200 g de spanac fiert contin aproximativ 42 mg de calciu. Spanacul contine, de asemenea, cantitati importante de vitamina A, acid folic sau vitamina B9 si seleniu.

Chiar daca spanacul contine vitamine, minerale si fibre atat de importante pentru cresterea sanatoasa a celui mic, introducerea in regimul lui alimentar este o adevarata aventura. Cum il putem convinge pe cel mic sa accepte spanacul?

Primul pas ar fi sa incepem cu introducerea unui cantitati mici de spanac in mancarea acestuia (omleta, briose, sufleu), iar apoi sa crestem progresiv cantitatea. De asemenea, este foarte important pentru ei si modul in care sunt prezentate alimentele pe farfurie. Aseza-le intr-un mod cat mai haios si fa din timul petrecut la masa o adevarata joaca.

Valori nutritionale pentru 200 g de spanac fiert:


Vitamine:
Vitamina A - 213 mg
Acid pantotenic sau vitamina B5 - 0.3 mg
Niacina (B3) - 2,1 mg
Riboflavina (B2) - 0.1 mg
Tiamina (B1) - 0.1 mg
Acid folic (B9)- 16,9 micrograme

Minerale:
Potasiu - 81 mg
Fosfor - 151 mg
Magneziu - 2,1 mg
Calciu - 42 mg
Sodiu - 19 mg
Fier - 1,5 mg
Seleniu - 30 mg

De asemenea, contine si cantitati mai mici de cupru si mangan.

Iata aici 3 sugestii de retete delicioase si hranitoare cu spanac pentru cei mici:


Omleta cu baby spanac (2 portii)

  • 200 g baby spanac
  • 10 g unt
  • 2 oua
  • 2-3 g sare
Spala si curata sanacul, apoi pune-l intr-o oala cu apa clocotita si sarata si lasa-l 1-2 minute sa fiarba. Dupa ce a fiert, pune-l intr-o strecuratoare la scurs.

Intr-o tigaie la foc potrivit, pune untul la incis, adauga ouale bine batute cu sare si spanacul bine surs. Pastreaza tigaia pe foc pana se incheaga ouale.


Spanac gratinat (5 portii)

  • 750 g spanac
  • 75 g de taitei (de preferabl, facuti in casa)
  • 150 ml lapte
  • 75 g unt
  • 50 g cascaval
  • 5 g faina
  • 3-4 g de sare
Spanacul curatat si spalat se opareste in apa aproximativ 1 min, dupa care, se scurge bine de apa se pune apoi pe foc intr-o tigaie impreuna cu 30 g de unt.

Separat, se face un sos alb din 30 g unt, faina, lapte şi sare. Taiteii se fierb, se strecoara, se taie marunt, se amesteca cu sosul si se pun peste spanac. Deasupra se presara caşcavalul ras.

Unde o tava sau un vas ceramic cu cantitatea de unt ramasa (5 g), pune compozitia rezultata si gratineaza la cuptor pentru aproximativ 20-25 de minute.



Crochete de spanac cu dovlecel

  • 50 g baby spanac
  • 75 g de dovlecel dat pe razatoare
  • 50 g de cascaval ras
  • 4 oua
  • 30 g de faina
Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180 de grade si pregateste o tava pe care o tapetezi cu hartie de copt.

Mixeaza spanacul tocat marunt impreuna cu dovlecelul, cascavalul ras si ouale. Adauga apoi faina si mixeaza-le bine.

Din compozitia rezultata formeaza bastonase de marimi potrivite si da la cuptor pentru aproximativ 20-25 de minute. Deasupra poti presara cascaval ras.

Budinca de spanac cu branza (4 portii)

  • 500 g spanac
  • 20 g unt
  • 20 g faina
  • 100 g branza de vaci 
  • 1 ou
  • 120 ml de lapte
  • 4 g sare
Spanacul, bine spalat, se fierbe, se scurge, se toaca si se amesteca cu un sos alb facut din faina si lapte. Apoi, se amestecă cu galbenusul, 3 g unt, branza, sarea si albusul batut spuma. Cu restul untului se unge o forma, in care se rastoarna compozitia si se pune la cuptor, in bain-marie.

Optional, suprafata budincii poate fi unsa cu putin galbenus de ou. Se poate servi si cu smantana (15 g).


Sufleu de spanac pentru copii si bebelusi (6 portii)

  • 750 g spanac
  • 3 oua
  • 60 g cascaval
  • 50 g unt
  • 75 ml lapte
  • 5 g faina
  • 3 g sare
Spanacul bine spalat se pune la fiert timp de 4 minute intr-o oala cu apa cu sare, apoi se stoarce bine. Separat se face un sos alb din 40 g unt, faina si lapte. Se amesteca cu spanacul, cascavalul ras, sarea ii gălbenusurile de ou, iar la final, se adauga albusurile batute spuma tare. Compozitia se pune intr-un vas uns cu unt, la cuptor, la foc moderat circa 25 min.
