Salata cu mere, baby spanac si nuci

Un mix interesant de dulce, aromat si sarat, fac ca aceasta salata cu mere, spanac, nuci si merisoare sa fie alegerea ideala pentru un pranz lejer.

Merele sunt bogate in antioxidanti, flavonoizi si fibre dietetice. Pentru aceasta reteta, cele mai potrivite tipuri de mere sunt Granny Smith. Acestea sunt putin mai acrisoare si au o aroma intensa. Acestea sunt mai sarace in calorii. Un mar (aprox. 150 g) are in jur de 70 kcal. Sunt de asemenea bogate in fibre si polifenoli. Polifenolii sunt niste compusi vegetali pe care plantele se protejeaza impotriva bacteriilor si a altor daunatori. Pentru organismul uman, acestia au rol antioxidant, antiinflamator, antibacterian, antitumoral si ajuta:
  • la stimularea sistemului imunitar;
  • protejarea organismului impotriva bolilor cardiovasculare;
  • prevenirea bolilor hepatice;
  • in terapiile de prevenire a unor formatiuni tumorale.

Baby spanacul este o sursa excelenta de vitamina K, vitamina A, magneziu, fier, vitamina B9, vitamina B2, vitamina B6, calciu, potasiu si vitamina C. Reprezinta si o sursa buna de fibre dietetice, fosfor, vitamina B1, zinc, proteine si colina sau vitamina B8. Colina impiedica depunerea colesterolului pe peretii vaselor de sange, contribuie la eliminarea substantelor toxice din organism si previne acumularea grasimilor in ficat.


30 de grame de nuci contin mai mult de 100% din doza zilnica recomandata de acizi grasi omega-3, alaturi de alte elemente esentiale organismului, precum: cupru, magneziu, molibden si biotina sau vitamina B7. Nucile contin si amino-acidul l-arginina care are multiple beneficii impotriva bolilor cardivasculare.

Salata cu mere, baby spanac si nuci

Ingrediente:

  • 280 g de baby spanac
  • 2 mere (preferabil Granny Smith)
  • o jumatate de ceapa rosie
  • 100 g de nuci
  • 80 g de merisoare
  • 140 g de branza de capra (sau feta sau blue cheese)

Ingrediente pentru dressing:

  • 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline
  • 2 linguri de otet din cidru de mere
  • 1 lingura de suc de lamaie
  • 1 lingura de mustar Dijon
  • 1 catel de usturoi
  • sare si piper dupa gust
Optional mai poti adauga si o lingura de miere sau sirop de artar pentru un gust mai dulce.


Instructiuni de preparare:

  1. Adauga toate ingredientele intr-un bol si amesteca-le usor. 
  2. Pastreaza putin din cantitatea de branza pentru garnisire.
  3. Intr-un bol mai mic, adauga ingredientele pentru dressing si amesteca-le bine, apoi adauga-le peste salata.
  4. Serveste imediat.
