Somon la cuptor cu piure de mazare si praz

Aceasta reteta de somon facut la cuptor si servit alaturi de o garnitura de piure de mazare si praz, este solutia perfecta pentru o cina usoara, pentru masa de pranz sau pentru un eveniment alaturi de prieteni sau familie.

Ingrediente:

  • 4 bucati de somon (115 - 125 g bucata);
  • 300 g de mazare congelata
  • 1 praz
  • 2 linguri de unt
  • 60 ml de smantana pentru gatit (poate sa fie si vegana)
  • 60 ml de vin alb
  • 1 lingura de frunze proaspete de menta
  • sare si piper dupa gust

Preparare:

  1. Preincalziti cuptorul la 230 de grade Celsius;
  2. Intr-o tava, pune o foaie de hartie de copt pune o lingura de unt mijloc, iar deasupra aseaza bucatile de somon;
  3. Asezoneaza cu sare si piper si da la cuptor pentru 8 - 12 minunte;
  4. Intr-o cratita, pune cealalta lingura de unt si caleste prazul taiat rondele pentru aproximativ 3 minute;
  5. Adauga mazarea, vinul si un sfert de cana de apa. Fierbe cam 5 minute la foc mediu pana cand mare parte din lichid s-a evaporat.
  6. Transfera totul intr-un blender, adauga si smantana lichida si menta si mixeaza.
  7. Serveste alaturi cu o bucata de somn.

Tarta sarata cu praz si ricotta

O reteta de tarta perfecta ca si aperitiv, gustare sau pentru pranzul de la birou. Se potriveste de minune si pentru o masa in familie sau alaturi de prieteni. Indiferent in scop doresti sa o prepari, cu siguranta de vei bucura de aroma aparte a prazului si de consistenta ricottei.

Ingrediente pentru blat:

  • 200 g de faina
  • 65 g de unt
  • 1 ou
  • 20 ml de apa
  • 5 g de sare

Ingrediente pentru umplutura:

  • 250 g de ricotta
  • 500 g de praz
  • 20 ml de ulei de masline extra virgin
  • 2 oua
  • 80 g de parmezan
  • 20 g de pesment sau faina de malai
  • un varf de cutit de nucsoara
  • sare si piper dupa gust

Preparare:

  1. Taie untul cubulete si lasa-l cateva minute la temperatura camerei;
  2. Dupa ce a capatat o consistenta mai moale, pune-l intr-un bol, adauga faina si sarea si framanta pana cand rezulta o compozitie omogena.
  3. Lasa aluatul sa se raceasca in frigider pentru aproximativ o ora si jumatate.
  4. Intre timp, prepara umplutura.
  5. Taie prazul rondele si pune-l la rumenit in uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie antiaderenta pentru aproximativ 10 minute, amestecand din cand in cand.
  6. Adauga apoi 125 ml de apa, pune un capac peste tigaie si lasa sa fiarba 10 minute dupa care opreste focul.
  7. Scoate coca din frigider si intinde o foaie de 3-4 mm grosime, atat cat sa acopere o tava de tarta cu diametrul de 24 cm.
  8. Pune aluatul in tava si apasa bine pentru a acoperi toate spatiile. Da tava din nou la frigider.
  9. Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius.
  10. Intr-un bol, amesteca ricotta cu ouale, aproape tot parmezanul, nuscoara si prazul. Adauga sare si piper dupa gust.
  11. Amesteca bine ingredintele si pune compozitia peste aluatul din tava.
  12. Presara deasupra parmezan ras si da la cuptor pentru 30-35 de minute.

Supa englezeasca de ceapa cu salvie si branza Cheddar a la Jamie Oliver

Aceasta retete de supa de ceapa cu branza si paine prajita este una dintre favoritele excentricului bucatar britanic Jamie Oliver. Ingredientele principalele care vor da savoare acestei retete sunt ceapa, prazul si branza Cheddar.

Ingrediente:

  • 1 cub de unt
  • ulei de masline
  • 1 pumn de salvie proaspata
  • 6 catei de usturoi, zdorbiti
  • 5 cepe rosii, curatate si feliate
  • 3 cepe albe mari, curatate si feliate
  • 3 salote sau hasme, curatate si feliate
  • 300 g praz feliat
  • 2 l de supa de pasare sau vita
  • 8 felii de paine sau bagheta
  • 200 g branza Cheddar sau parmezan
  • sauce worchestershire
  • sare
  • piper


Instructiuni de preparare:

  1. Pune untul, doua linguri de ulei de masline, salvia si usturoiul intr-o tigaie non-aderenta. Dupa ce untul s-a topit, adauga ceapa alba si ceapa rosie, salotele si prazul, apoi condimenteaza-le cu  sare si piper. 
  2. Adauga un capac peste tigaie, dar ai grija sa lasi aerul sa intre putin. Lasa-le sa se caleasca si caramelizeze timp de 30 de minute, amestecand din cand in cand. 
  3. Dupa o jumatate de ora adauga supa si lasa ingredientele sa mai fiarba inca 10 minute.
  4. Separat, prajeste feliile de paine pe grill si stropeste-le cu ulei de masline. 
  5. Toarna supa intr-un bol, pune feliile prajite de paine si apoi adauga-le cu grija pe margine. Presara branza rasa deasupra si sos Worchestershire, dupa gust. 
  6. Serveste preparatul cald.
