🥛 Lapte din seminte de canepa homemade [din doar 2 ingrediente]

Semintele de canepa sunt unele dintre cele mai nutritive ingrediente, sunt o sursa importanta de proteince, continand si toti aminoacizii esentiali de care are nevoie organismul nostru. Acestea contin si acizi grasi esentiali, precum omega-3, omega-6 si acid gama linoleic.

Laptele vegetal este substitulul ideal al veganilor si raw veganilor pentru laptele de origine animala, cat si o alternativa sanatoasa pentru cei care ii doresc un stil de viata echilibrat sau pentru persoanele cu intoleranta la lactoza.

Laptele vegetal din seminte de canepa are o textura cremoasa si un gust delicios, asemanator laptelui de migdale. Este extrem de sanatos pentru memorie, inima si digestie, iar pentru prepararea lor ai nevoie de doar 2 ingrediente.

CUM SE PREPARA LAPTELE DIN SEMINTE DE CANEPA?

Pune ingredientele de mai sus intr-un blender si mixeaza la viteza mare pentru aproximativ 1-2 minute. Strecoara continutul printr-un tifon si bucura-te de o bautura rapida, gustoasa si sanatoasa. Poti sa-l folosesti ca atare, cu cereale, in smoothie-uri sau cafea.

Pentru un plus de savoare, poti sa adaugi indulcitori naturali (miere, stevia, sirop de agave, sirop de artar), curmale, scortisoara, vanilie, etc.

Cum sa prepari lapte din fulgi de ovaz in casa?

Despre beneficiile fulgilor de ovaz am mai vorbit si in unul dintre articolele trecute, asa ca, o sa va reamintesc pe scurt care sunt cele mai importante. Fulgii de ovaz sunt foarte bogati in fibre dietetice care sunt foarte importante in procesul de digestie si in reglarea tranzitului intestinal. Printre cele mai importante vitamine si minerale continute se numara: fosforul, potasiul, magneziul, calciul, fierul, precum si vitamine din complexul B.

Cel mai adesea, fulgii de ovaz sunt consumati in deserturi, smoothie-uri sau la prepararea faimosului porridge. Dar ce ziceti ce o reteta sanatoasa de lapte vegetal din fulgi de ovaz preparat in casa?

INGREDIENTE PENTRU PREPARAREA LAPTELUI DE OVAZ:
  • o cana de fulgi de ovaz
  • 2 cani de apa plata pentru hidratare + 3 cani de apa plata pentru preparare
  • indulcitori la alegere: miere, sirop de artar, sirop de agave, curmale (vezi aici lista de indulcitori naturali)
  • arome la alegere: scortisoara, migdale, vanilie
  • un varf de cutit de sare


MODALITATI DE PREPARARE:
  1. Pune fulgii de ovaz  intr-un bol si adauga peste ei cele doua cani de apa, cat sa-i acopere.
  2. Lasa-i la hidratat cel putin o ora sau chiar peste noapte
  3. Dupa ce s-au hidratat, scurge apa ramasa, clateste-i si adauga-i intr-un blender.
  4. Adauga cele 3 cani de apa si mixeaza pentru aproximativ un minut, in functie de puterea blenderului.
  5. In functie de preferinte, adauga indulcitori sau arome. 
  6. Filtreaza continutul obtinut printr-o sita deasa sau un tifon de 2-3 ori pana cand rezulta un continut limpede.
  7. Pastreaza la frigider pentru aproximativ 3 zile in sticle de sticla inchise ermetic.
