Briose cu mere, banane si morcov pentru bebelusi si copii [reteta fara zahar]


Briosele sunt o reteta mereu la indemana: gustoase si usor de preparat. In plus, sunt perfecte atata pentru micul dejun cat si pentru gustarea bebelusului.

Aceasta reteta de briose cu banane, mere si morcov va fi o adevarata incantare pentru cei mici. Banana si morcovul le vor da un gust dulce acestor briose, asa ca, nu mai este nevoie sa adaugi zahar, in plus vor fi si pe placul celor mici. Sunt usor de preparat, putand fi savurate si de cei mari šŸ˜Š

Ingredinte:
  • 150 g de mere curatate si taiate cubulete
  • 1 morcov (aprox. 100 g)
  • 1 banana mica bine coapta
  • 2 oua
  • 1 lingurita de vanilie
  • 50 g unt topit sau ulei
  • 160 g faina
  • 1 1/2 lingurita de praf de copt


Preparare:
  1. Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius.

  2. Curata morcovul si pune-l intr-o cratita cu putina apa impreuna cu merele taiate cubulete si fierbe-le pentru 5-6 minute.

  3. Intre timp, adauga banana intr-un castron si zdeobeste-o cu furculita. Adauga ouale, vanilia si untul sau uleiul.

  4. Adauga apoi morcovul si merele pasate peste celelalte ingrediente si amesteca-le bine.

  5. Dupa ce ai obtinut o compozitie omogena, adauga si faina si praful de copt si omogenizeaza din nou.

  6. Pune compozitia intr-o tava speciala de briose, iar in functie de dimensiunea acesteia (normala sau mini) iti vor iesi intre 12-30 de briose.

  7. Coace-le pentru aproximativ 25-30 de minute.

  8. Pot fi pastrate la frigider pentru aproximativ 3 zile.

Briose fara zahar cu banane si afine pentru bebelusi si copii


Bebelusii vor adora aceasta reteta de briose sanatoase! Sunt satioase, nu contin zahar, iar bananelele bine coapte vor echilibra perfect gustul acestora. Din compozitia de mai jos iti vor iesi aproximativ 30 de mini briose. Daca bebelusul are peste 12 luni, poti inlocui untul si cu ulei de cocos care este mult mai sanatos.

Ingrediente: 
  • 2 banane medii bine coapte
  • 30 de afine
  • 2 oua
  • 1 lingurita de vanilie
  • 100 g ulei sau unt topit
  • 160 g faina 
  • 1 1/2 lingurita de praf de copt

Preparare:
  1. Intr-un castron adauga bananele si zdrobeste-le cu furculita.

  2. Adauga ouale, vanilia si untul sau uleiul.

  3. Amesteca-le bine cu un blender sau cu ajutorul unui robot de bucatarie.

  4. Adauga faina si praful de copt. Mai amesteca inca 30-60 de secunde.

  5. Cu o lingura pune din compozitie intr-o forma speciala de briose. Deasupra adauga cate o afina. 

  6. Pot fi pastrate la frigider intr-o caserola etans pana la 3 zile.
