Dulceata de kiwi - o reteta pe care trebuie neaparat sa o incerci

Aceasta reteta de gem sau dulceata de kiwi are un gust dulce-acrisor, dar in acelasi timp, surprinzator de aromat si exotic. Daca si tu iti doresti putina diversitate in "camara" ta, atunci trebuie sa incerci si acest tip de dulceata.

Feliile de culoare verde vibranta, cu mici seminte negre, ale fructului de kiwi, au reprezentat intotdeauna o minunata idee pentru ornarea deserturilor si a bolurilor de fructe.

Se spune ca are origini chinezesti, iar proprietatile sale au fost apreciate inca din cele mai vechi timpuri. fost evaluată pentru proprietățile sale medicinale din cele mai vechi timpuri. In mod ironic, de-a lungul istoriei, a ajuns sa fie cunoscuta drept fructul national al Noii Zeelande si a fost reintrodus in lume ca fiind "kiwi", mai degraba decat vechiul - yang tao sau agrisa chinezeasca.

Drumul catre Noua Zeelanda se pare ca l-a gasit prin intermediul misionarilor si-a obtinut acolo o popularitate foarte mare, incat a inceput sa fie cultivat de catre bastinasi si comercializat ca si fructul "kiwi" (nume preluat dupa denumirea pasarii nationale).

Plasat in categoria fructelor exotice, kiwi-ul se prezinta adesea ca o adapare in pavlova, in boluri de fructe, salate, smoothie-uri si piureuri de fructe. Foarte rar se gateste; in special in deserturi, este folosit in stare proaspata, deoarece o enzima prezenta in fruct tinde sa descompuna proteinele de lapte destul de repede, interferand cu textura finala a preparatului.

De asemenea, actioneaza ca agent de fragezire a carnii si este utilizat in mod obisnuit in prepararea fripturilor si a curry-urilor. Cu toate acestea, pentru a profita din plin de valoarea sa nutritiva, este recomandat sa se consume raw.

Dulceata de kiwi

  • 24 de kiwi curatate si facute piure;
  • 175 ml de suc de ananas;
  • 60 ml suc proaspat de lamaie;
  • 3 mere curatate si taiate in patru;
  • 800 de grame de zahar.

INSTRUCTIUNI DE PREPARARE:

Intr-o cratita mare, pune piureul de kiwi cu sucul de ananas, sucul de lamaie si merele. Cand incep sa dea in clocot, adauga zaharul; amesteca pana se dizolva, se da focul la flacara mai mica si se mai fierbe timp de 30 de minute.

Intre timp, sterilizeaza borcanele si capacele in apa clocotita timp de cel putin 5 minute si pune-le la uscat in cuptor. Adauga gemul in borcanele fierbinti, sterilizate, umplandu-le pana la baza superioara. Cu o spatula preseaza bine dulceata pentru a te asigura ca nu au ramas bule de aer in interior. Infileteaza-le foarte bine.

Intr-o alta cratita mai mare adauga apa pana la jumatatea acesteia si pune-o la fiert. Cand a atins punctul de fierbere, cufunda borcanele cu grija. Lasa aproximativ 3-4 cm intre ele. Daca este necesar, mai adauga apa fierbinte. Important este ca apa sa fie cu cel putin 2 cm mai sus de nivelul borcanelor. Acopera si lasa sa fiarba inca 10 minute.

Are un gust destul de aromat si echilibrat, datorita sucului de lamaie, a ananasului si a merelor. Merge de minute alaturi de o portie delicioasa de clatite! 😍
