Retete de supe creme delicioase pentru copii si bebelusi

Supele crema sunt usor de preparat, contin vitamine si minerale necesare pentru cresterea armonioasa a celor mici si sunt extrem de delicioase. Chiar si cei mai mofturosi pitici le vor savura.

Ingredientul principal al supelor crema sunt legumele fierte in apa sau la aburi. Acestea sunt extrem de versatile, iar posibilitatile de preparare sunt nelimitate in functie de gusturile si preferintele celui mic. Printre cele mai folosite ingrediente se numara cartofii, morcovii, dovleceii, dar si broccoli, conopida sau sfecla rosie.


Supa crema de cartofi


Ingrediente
  • 400 ml apa
  • 200 g cartofi 
  • 30 g ceapa
  • 5 g unt
  • 50 ml lapte
  • putina sare
  • 10 g frunza de patrunjel


Mod de preparare: 
  1. Spala, curata si taie cartofii cubulete, apoi pune-in intr-o oala, impreuna cu ceapa intreaga curatata si spalata, la fiert.
  2. Cand sunt bine fierti, scurge apa, arunca ceapa, iar cartofii trece-i printr-o sita sau un robot de bucatarie.
  3. Intr-o cratita, da in clocot 100 ml de apa, apoi adauga piureul rezultat. Se adauga laptele, untul si putina sare si se mai da un clocot. Daca supa este prea groasa, mai adauga putina apa fiarta pana cand optii consistenta dorita.
  4. La sfarsit se poate adauga patrunjel tocat fin. 


Supa crema de morcovi


Supa crema de morcovi pentru copii

Ingrediente
  • 500-600 ml apa
  • 200 g de morcovi 
  • 200 ml lapte fiert
  • 1 g sare


Mod de preparare: 
  1. Morcovii spalati si curatati, se taie bucati si se pun la fiert.
  2. Dupa ce au fiert bine, scurge si pastreaza apa, apoi trece morcovii printr-o sita sau un robot de bucatarie.
  3. Piureul rezultat se amesteca cu 200 ml din apa in care au fiert morcovii.
  4. Se adauga laptele si sarea si se mai da un clocot.
  5. Aceasta reteta poate fi servita bebelusilor incepand cu varsta de 6 luni.


Supa crema de dovlecei


Ingrediente
  • 250 ml apa
  • 125 g de dovlecei 
  • 50 ml lapte fiert
  • 10 g smantana
  • 10 d patrunjel verde
  • 1 g sare


Mod de preparare: 
  1. Dovlecelul se curata de coaja, se taie bucati si se pune la fiert.
  2. Dupa ce a fiert, scurge si pastreaza apa in care a fiert, apoi trece dovlecelul printr-o sita sau un robot de bucatarie.
  3. Piureul rezultat se amesteca cu apa in care a fiert, se adauga laptele si sarea si se mai da un clocot.
  4. Dupa varsta de 8-10 luni, la final poti adauga smantana si patrunjel tocat marunt.
