Micul dejun in jurul lumii - ce mananca francezii la micul dejun?

Continuam calatoria noastra culinara cu o alta tara si de data asta ajungem in Franta. Curios ce mananca francezii la micul dejun si care sunt alimentele si bauturile cu care isi incep ziua?

La fel ca si micul dejun in Italia, le petit déjeuner sau micul dejun in Franta este unul destul de light. Nu te astepta sa gasesti bacon, carnati, sunca sau omlete consistente. Francezii prefera produsele dulci (croissant, tarta, o felie de paine cu unt si cu gem), alaturi de o cafea sau un pahar de suc de fructe, de obicei de portocale.

Painea preferata de acestia este baguette sau painea sub forma de bagheta, dar si varietati precum pain au chocolat (paine cu fulgi de ciocolata), pain aux noix (paine cu nuci sau alune), pain de campagne (paine gtraditionala facuta la tara), pain brie (o paine cu crusta foarte groasa, facuta in Normandia). Paine pe care o gasesti in boulangerie sau in brutaria locala cu eticheta “Tradition” ceea ce inseamna ca paine este facuta numai cu ingrediente si procedee traditionale sau “Maison” care arata ca a fost facuta chiar in acea brutarie.

Printre alte produse dulci de patiserie preferte de acestia se numara si briosele, madeleine sau chouquette - produs de patiserie format dintr-o bucata mica de aluat presarat cu zahar perlat.

Hello IG... Vous avez été nombreuses à me demander la recette des chouchouuuuuuuquetttttessss alors la voici la voilà ... je vous posterai aussi la version gourmande 😉 faites défiler les photos ... Recette by @philippe_conticini donc ça ne peut qu être une tuerie gustative ❤ 125g de lait 125g d eau 110g de beurre mou 1 pincée de sel 1cas de sucre ou 1 sachet de sucre vanillé 145g de farine 4 à 5 oeufs Préchauffer le four à 175°. Dans la casserole mettre l eau le lait le beurre le sucre le sel faire chauffer le tout . Retirer du feu et ajouter la farine . Remuer à l aide d une cuillère en bois. Remettre sur le feu et sécher la pâte 3 à 4 min . Ensuite déplacer la pâte dans le bol du robot ou un saladier et refroidir la pâte en mélangeant à l'aide de la feuille ou de la cuillère en bois . Ensuite incorporer 1 à 1 les oeufs . La pâte doit être lisse brillante . Placer dans une poche à douille munie d une douille lisse. Puis pocher sur du papier cuisson . Parsemer de perles de sucre ( on en trouve en supermarché ). Effectuer des mouvements circulaires pour que les grains accrochent à la pâte . Enfourner pour 25 min . Déguster sans modération... Painea cu unt si cu dulceata ocupa un loc de cinste printre preferintele francezilor la micul dejun. Exista doua tipuri de unt, sarat si nesarat insa, francezii il prefera pe cel sarat. Printre genurile preferate de acestia se numara gemul de capsuni, piersici, fructe de padure, dar si de portocale, rubarba sau smochine.


Francezii nu isi incep ziua fara o cafea, de obicei una strong sub forma de espresso. Pe locul doi in preferintele lor se afla café au lait care este o cafea cu spuma de lapte. Cat despre ceai, francezii nu au o cultura a ceaiului, consumandu-l uneori la micul dejun, iar printre preferinte se numara ceaiurile din diverse ierburi (menta, verbina, tei, musetel). Alte bauturi preferate de acestia la micul dejun si pe care le vei gasi in majoritatea cafenelelor sunt sucurile proaspete de portocle sau gref.
