Briose sanatoase cu broccoli si cascaval pentru bebelusii de peste 8 luni

Briosele sunt foarte apreciate de cei mici datorita diversitatii de ingrediente din care pot fi preparate: fructe, legume, branzica, verdeturi, seminte. Sunt perfecte atat la micul dejun cat si la gustare.

Odata cu inceperea procesului de diversificare si includerea alimentelor solide in alimentatia bebelusului, treptat trebuie sa includem si noi o cat mai mare varietate de ingrediente in alimentatia acestuia. O modalitate rapida de a mixa cateva din ingredientele preferate a celui mic sau de a-l obusnui si cu altele, este forma de briose. Mai jos ti-am pregatit cateva retete de briose pentru bebelusi.

Broccoli contine o multitudine de vitamine si poate fi inclus in alimentatia celui mic incepand cu varsta de 8-10 luni. Consumul de broccoli contribuie la intarirea sistemului imunitar, dezvoltarea vederii, sunt o sursa importanta de antioxidanti, iar datorita continutului ridicat in fibre regleaza tranzitul intestinal.

Ingrediente necesare pentru briosele cu broccoli si cascaval:
  • 225 g de faina
  • 150 g de cascaval ras
  • 1 broccoli mic
  • 5-6 rosii cherry tocate
  • 170 ml de lapte
  • 3 linguri de ulei de masline
  • 1 ou
  • 1 lingurita de praf de copt

Preparare:
  1. Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius.

  2. Fierbe broccoli apoi toacai marunt. Pot fi fierti si la alburi.

  3. Intr-un bol mixeaza faina cu praful de copt, broccoli tocat marunt si cascavalul ras

  4. Adauga si rosiile cherry tocate, uleiul, ouale batute, laptele si amesteca bine.

  5. Cu o lingura, adauga din compozitie intr-o tava de briose unsa sau tapetata cu forme de briose.

  6. Lasa la cuptorul pentru aproximativ 30 de minute. Verifica inainte cu o scobitoare daca sunt bine facute.

  7. Pot fi pastrate in frigider pana la 3 zile si incalzite la aburi cand este nevoie.

Pentru copiii mai marisori (sau chiar si pentru adulti) puteti adauga si condimente (sare, piper, boia) sau puteti inlocui broccoli cu alte legume: ceapa, praz, ardei, spanac, ciuperci, in functie de preferintele voastre.
