Pink Lady - Smoothie de sfecla rosie cu mar si ghimbir

Exista o serie de beneficii ale sucurilor naturale si ale smoothie-urilor. Sunt pline de enzime, vitamine, minerale, antioxidanti si alti nutrienti esentiali care ajuta la stimularea sistemului imunitar si cresterea nivelului de energie.

Sfecla rosie este foarte bogata in nutrienti si saraca in calorii. Sucul din sfecla rosie ajuta a cresterea performantelor atletice, cresterea energiei si stimularea circulatiei sangelui.

Nu degeaba se spune ca "un mar pe zi tine doctorul la distanta". Merele sunt bogate in vitamina C, previn cariile, iar antioxidantii continuti protejeaza creierul de bolile neurodegenerative precum Alzheimer si Parkinson.

Ghimbirul este unul dintre cele mai sanatoase condimente din lume. Este bogat in nutrienti si compusi bioactivi benefici intregului organism. Printre cei mai  importanti compusi se numara gingerolul, o substanta cu proprietati medicinale puternice, in special antioxidante si antiinflamatorii.

Aceasta reteta de smoothie cu sfecla rosie, mar si ghimbir iti va furniza energia necesara pentru inceperea zilei in forma maxima. Este antioxidant, bogat in nutrienti si este prietenos si cu cei care tin cure de slabire, datorita numarul scazut de calorii.

INGREDIENTE:
  • 3 mere verzi (Granny Smith merg perfect)
  • o sfecla (aproximativ 200 g)
  • o bucata de ghimbir (aprox. 2 cm lungime)
  • un morcov mic
  • suc de lamaie
  • optional: gheata

PREPARARE:
  1. Curata sfecla si morcovul si taie-le cubulete.
  2. Merele se taie tot cubulete, iar pentru a te bucura de toti nutrienti lasa si coaja.
  3. Curata si ghimbirul si adauga toate ingredientele intr-un blender impreuna cu sucul de lamaie
  4. Mixeaza si serveste imediat.
  5. Optional poti adauga si cateva cubulete de gheata, in functie de sezon si preferinte.
