Reteta de salam de biscuiti cu stafide si rom - reteta clasica a copilariei

De cele mai multe ori, gustul salamului de biscuiti este asociat cu gustul copilariei. Pe vremurile acelea, nu existau atat de multe ingrediente si retete de dulciuri, precum avem acces in ziua de astazi. Chiar daca acestea au evoluat si acum gasim tot ceea ce avem nevoie pentru a prepara cele mai sofisticate deserturi, gustul salamului de biscuti pur si simplu ne face sa ne intoarcem in timp si sa ne gandim la vremurile cand mama sau bunica il preparau in special pentru masa de duminica in familie.

Partea buna este ca se prepara usor, nu necesita multe ingrediente si astfel, putem sa-l preparam si noi oricand simtim nevoia unui desert aromat, cremos si care sa ne aduca aminte de vremurile tineretii.

Chiar daca astazi este una dintre cele mai populare retete de deserturi romanesti, la origini, salamul de biscuti este o reteta portugheza si italiana. In limba engleza acesta este cunoscut sub denumirile de chocolate salami sau biscuit salami. Chiar daca reteta originala a fost modificata si adaptata de-a lungul timpului, la baza se afla biscutii polulari, cacao, unt, lapte si rom.

Ingrediente de care ai nevoie pentru prepararea celui mai gustos salam de biscuiti:

  • 500 g biscuiti populari sau orice biscuiti mai duri
  • 200 ml lapte
  • 150 g unt
  • 100 g stafide
  • 100 g zahar
  • 2-3 linguri nuca de cocos
  • 3 linguri cacao
  • 1 esenta de rom

Preparare:

  1. Rupe biscutii cu mana in bucatele mici. Poti sa-i sfarami si intr-un robot de bucatarie insa trebuie sa ai grija ca sa ramana si acele bucatele mai mari de biscuite care dau aspectul salamului.

  2. Intr-o cratita, pune lapte la incalzit, adauga untul si lasa-l la foc mic sa se topeasca. Adauga zaharul si amesteca pana cand se topeste.

  3. Adauga cele doua linguri de cacao si amesteca bine pana cand se omogenizeaza compozitia.

  4. Cand incepe sa fiarba, opreste focul si adauga stafidele in lichidul fierbinte. Adauga esenta de rom si lasa compozitia sa se racoreasca aproximativ 5-10 minute.

  5. Rastoarna apoi compozitia peste biscuitii si amesteca foarte bine cu o lingura de lemn. Lasa apoi 10 minute sa se inmoaie.

  6. Pe masa de lucru pune o folie alimentara de plastic, presara nuca de nocos, pune cu o lingura din compozitie in functie de cate cate baghete de salam doresti sa obtii. Da-i o forma cu ajutorul mainii, presara nuca de cocos si peste compozitie si ruleaza folia pentru a obtine o forma frumoasa de salam.

  7. Da la frigider pentru aproximativ 3 ore sau peste noapte.

Reteta originala (traditionala) de salata greceasca - Horiatiki

Reteta traditionala de salata greceasca sau Horiatiki, asa cum o veti gasi la ea acasa, are putine ingrediente, este super fresh, dar in acelasi timp delicioasa.

Aceasta este cel mai adesea consumata in partea insulara a Greciei, iar printre principalele ingrediente ale salatei originale grecesti se numara: rosiile bine copate, castravetii, ardeii grasi, ceapa si, bineinteles, cremoasa branza feta. Sa nu uitam nici de uleiul de masline extra virgin, atat de popular in aceasta regiune, cat si otetul din vin rosu. Ca si condimente, grecii folosesc doar oregano si sare pentru acest tip de salata.

Ingrediente:

  • 4 rosii medii bine copate;
  • 2 castraveti medii;
  • 1 ardei gras verde;
  • o ceapa rosie medie;
  • 150 g de branza feta;
  • 50 g de masline kalamata;
  • 2 linguri de ulei de masline;
  • 1-2 lingurite de otet din vin rosu;
  • o jumatate de lingurita de oregno.


Preparare:

  1. Taie rosiile in bucati mari;

  2. Castravetele taie-l rondele. Acesta poate fi consumat cu tot cu coaja.

  3. Ardeiul verde taie-l fasii potrivite.

  4. Taie ceapa rosii in rondele, apoi fiecare rondea taie-o in doua jumatati;

  5. Adauga toate ingredintele taiate intr-un bol mare, adauga maslinele si asezoneaza cu sare, ulei de masline si otet.
  6. Mixeaza totul incet cu o lingura, avand grija ca legumele sa ramana intregi.

  7. Taie branza feta cubulete si adaug-o deasupra peste salata.

  8. Presara oregno.

  9. Serveste cu paine prajita.
